The Full Human Expression.

This is a program that is fully curated to you and your fullest human potential expression where I weave in all of my knowledge and practices. It combines functional medicine, functional genomics, coaching, human design, reiki and energy/shamanic medicine. We embark in this journey together for the duration of at least two full seasons together (8 months). This is a co-creation, a partnership into your transformational journey. We design this program together. This program offers you the opportunity to learn Reiki level 1 and the power to self heal. This is all about self empowerment, reclaiming your power, your inner medicine, coming home to self and remembering your gifts, purpose and who you are and what you came here to be.
